I hired Eden Remodeling to do a bathroom remodel on our vintage 1956 bathroom. Working with Zach, Owner of Eden Remodeling was a great experience from start to finish. One of my biggest concerns was the dated plumbing and structural issues but Zach was completely transparent and professional throughout the process. They ran new electrical lines and installed new plumbing. The craftsmanship is second to none. The tile work is flawless, the bathroom vanity and custom granite top is gorgeous and our new smart toilet is total luxury! Never thought I could love a toilet so much! Zach and his apprentice “Javi” showed up on time every day and did a great job of keeping the work area clean. Communication was good throughout and timeline was met. Any issue that arose Zach handled with grace and tact. I am so pleased with the beautiful new bathroom. After firing 2 contractors Zach at Eden Remodeling came to the rescue and redid and finished my large job to perfection. He and his crew were so nice to have in my home for a month. He redid my water damaged master bath and bedroom. Removed all carpet and laid luxury vinyl flooring to 3 bedrooms, hallway and baths, Painted my old oak stair railing and repaired and painted my old extremely damaged front door. Zach has built an office addition onto our mobile home, seamless and beautiful. He s just put up a brand new awning with steel posts so it will hold in bad winds. He s replaced a huge bay window and rebuilt the front porch. There is no one better, kinder, faster, and more knowledgeable thay we know. Zach has helped us remodel multiple rental properties and has been great to work with. From the early design and proposal phases to completion of the projects, he has exceeded expectations. When a property is outdated and/or damaged, there are a lot of questions about what to update. After a devastating flood, our entire home had to be practically rebuilt—flooring, cabinets, drywall, windows, doors, electrical, lighting, appliances, and endless painting. It was a massive job, and I’m incredibly picky, so I expected a long punch list at the end. But to my surprise, everything was done perfectly and quickly—especially impressive given that we were completely displaced at the time.
